  2. One Visa Application Form completed and signed.
  3. One Visa Connection Cover Sheet.   
     
  4. Two passport photographs.
     
  5. Official letter of invitation from Belarus
     
  6. A business letter of responsibility.
     
     

Fees and Processing Time:

  $ 100 Per visa for one week processing time/single ($180) one day
  $ 200 Per Visa for one week processing time/double ($380) one day
  $ 300 Per Visa for one week processing time/triple ($580) one day
  $ 350 Per Visa for one week processing time/ multiple ($620) one day

• Visa Connection fee: 

$ 75.00 per visa (add 20.00 for rush). 

Shipping fee:

• Shipping Fee

  Add 25.00 to the service fee OR include a pre-paid FEDEX air bill for the overnight return of your passport.
   

  Payment:

  • Include a check or money order payable to Visa Connection or put your credit card information where requested on the Visa Connection Cover Sheet.
