Entry Requirements for Tourist Visa to Brazil:

  1. 1. Valid, signed US passport with blank pages for visa and valid 6 months beyond trip. If your passport does not meet these requirements, see our passport services. 
     
     
  2. 2. One Brazil Visa Application Form completed and signed.
     
     
  3. 3. One Visa Connection Cover Sheet.
     
     
  4. 4. Two passport photographs.
     
     
  5. 5. Copy of Travel Itinerary.
     
     
  6. 6. Copy of your drivers license and a recent utility bill.
     
     
  7. 7. For any minor travelers under the age of 18, a Brazil minor consent form signed by both parents and notarized.
     
     
     
  8. Eligibility for Brazil Tourist Visa as follows:

  • Leisure travel; Visit to friends/relatives; Scientists, professors, or researchers, attending cultural technological, or scientific conferences, seminars or meeting (services provided must not be paid by organizations/companies in Brazil, except for reimbursement of expenses or per diem allowances; Participation in artistic or amateur sport competitions, whenever no monetary prize or paid admission is involved.

  6. 6. A business letter from your U.S. company.
