  2. Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed.
  3. One Visa Connection Cover Sheet.   
     
  4. Two passport photographs.
     
  5. A notarized invitation letter from the Democratic rep. Of Congo.
     
  6. International Certificate of Vaccination for yellow fever

• Consular fee and processing time:

  $ 75 Per Visa for month stay single entry/ $ 120 for multiple entries.
  $ 140 Per Visa for 2 months stay single entry/ $ 180 for multiple entries
  $ 190 Per visa for 3 months stay single entry/ $ 220 for multiple entries
  $ 264 Per Visa for 6 months stay single entry/ $ 360 for multiple entries

  Visa Processing Time: 4 business days.

• Visa Connection fee: 

$ 75.00 per visa (add 20.00 for rush). 

Shipping fee:

• Shipping Fee

  Add 25.00 to the service fee OR include a pre-paid FEDEX air bill for the overnight return of your passport.
   

  Payment:

  • Include a check or money order payable to Visa Connection or put your credit card information where requested on the Visa Connection Cover Sheet.
