  1. Valid, signed US passport with blank pages for visa and valid 6 months beyond trip. If your passport does not meet these requirements, see our passport services. 
     
  2. Four Visa Application Forms completed and signed.
  3. One Visa Connection Cover Sheet. 
     
  4. Four passport photographs.
     
  5. International Certificate of Vaccination for yellow Fever.
     
  6. A business letter of responsibility.

  $ 50 Per Visa for 5 business days processing time/ single
  $ 80 Per visa for 5 business days processing time/ multiple
  
  $ 30 Additional per visa rush fee (24 hours)

• Visa Connection fee: 

$ 75.00 per visa (add 20.00 for rush). 

Shipping fee:

• Shipping Fee

  Add 25.00 to the service fee OR include a pre-paid FEDEX air bill for the overnight return of your passport.
   

  Payment:

  • Include a check or money order payable to Visa Connection or put your credit card information where requested on the Visa Connection Cover Sheet.
