  1. Valid, signed US passport with blank pages for visa and valid 6 months beyond trip. If your passport does not meet these requirements, see our passport services. 
     
  2. Two Visa Application Forms completed and signed.
  3. One Visa Connection Cover Sheet.   
     
  4. Two passport photographs.
     
  5. Itinerary.
     

Fees and Processing Time:

• Consular fee and processing time:

  $ 35 Per Visa for 4 business days processing time/stay up to 30 days
  $ 60 Per Visa for 3 days processing time/ stay up to 60 days
  $ 75 Per Visa for 4 business days processing time/ multiple

• Visa Connection fee: 

$ 75.00 per visa (add 20.00 for rush). 

Shipping fee:

• Shipping Fee

  Add 25.00 to the service fee OR include a pre-paid FEDEX air bill for the overnight return of your passport.
   

  Payment:

  • Include a check or money order payable to Visa Connection or put your credit card information where requested on the Visa Connection Cover Sheet.
