INDONESIA VISA

Note: There are regions of Indonesia that foreigners are not allowed to visit without written permission of Indonesian authorities. The regions are Maluku, Poso, Irian Jaya, and Aceh. Those wishing to enter these regions must obtain a permit or authorization from the Deparment of Foreign Affairs in Jakarta. Those visiting Aceh region for work or having activities related to the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency (BRR) must have authorization from BRR before applying for the visa.

Entry Requirements for tourist visa to Indonesia:

• Passport and Visa are required for tourist travel to Indonesia.

  1. 1. Valid, signed US passport with blank pages for visa and valid 6 months beyond trip. If your passport does not meet these requirements, see our passport services.
     
     
  2. 2. Two Passport type photographs.
     
     
  3. 3. One Visa Connection Cover Sheet.
     
     
  4. 4. Two Indonesia Visa Application Forms completed and signed.
     
     5. Copy of most recent bank statement.
     
     6. Letter from employer verifying employment or leave of absense.
     
     7. Letter explaining purpose of trip to Indonesia.

  2. 2. Two Indonesia Visa Application Forms completed and signed.
     
     
  3. 3. One Visa Connection Cover Sheet.
     
     
  4. 4. Four passport photographs.
     
     
  5. 5. Itinerary.
     
     
  6. 6. A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead explaining Nature of business to be performed in Indonesia,; Name and address of reference to be visited in Indonesia, Guarantee of return transportation, and sufficient funds for the visit. The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
     
     
  7. 7. Letter of Invitation from the host organization in Indonesia.

     6. Photocopy of host's KTP (Indonesian ID card) and Permit from Department of Foreign Affairs.

  $100.00 Per Indonesia Visa - One Year Multiple Entry/up to 60 days stay.
