Entry Requirements for tourist visa to Nigeria:
- Passport and Visa are required for tourist travel to Nigeria.

- 3. One Visa Connection Cover Sheet.
- 4. Two passport photographs.
- 5. International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
- 6. Copy of hotel confirmation.
- 7. Copy of recent bank statement.
- 8. Itinerary.

- 6.A business letter of introduction and financial responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to Nigerian Embassy. The letter should state the purpose of visit, Business reference in Afghanistan to be visited, and company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation to the USA.

- 3. 2 passport photographs.
- 4. Approval from Nigeria for temporary work permit (original copy) Ministry of Internal Affairs.

- 2. 4 Completed Nigeria Visa Application Forms.
- 3. 4 recent full-face passport photographs.
- 4. Four certified copies of expatriate quota approval from Nigeria or approval from Nigeria for STR. (Ministry of Internal Affairs).
- 5. Four certified copies of all credentials and certificates.
- 6. Four copies of Resume.
- 7. Four copies of letter of employment.
- 8. Four copies of letter of acceptance.
