TANZANIA VISA

Entry Requirements for tourist visa to Tanzania:

  2. 2. One Tanzania Visa Application Form completed and signed.
     
     
  3. 3. One Visa Connection Cover Sheet. 
     
     
  4. 4. Two passport photographs.
     
     
  5. 5. Itinerary or a letter from your tour operator If you are traveling with a tour group.
     
     6. Parental Approval for minors: Visa applications for minors under 18 years should be accompanied with a notarized letter, jointly signed by parents or legal guardians approving the minor to travel.

A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead explaining Nature of business to be performed in Tanzania, Name and address of reference to be visited in Tanzania, and Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit. The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
